Fresh Air

We’ve all heard it before: “Exercise is important and we all need more of it.” But for many people, the idea of working out feels like a chore or something exclusively reserved for athletes and gym buffs. The truth? Exercise is for everyone and there should be no gatekeeping. Not everyone has a gym membership and not everyone wants to invest in a personal gym. I recognize that.

The outdoors, however, is open to everyone. I believe the outdoor is the great equalizer for anyone who wants to get started with exercising. There’s no better way to start than to walk around near your neighborhood, whether it be a park, a hiking trail, or just the sidewalk close to your home.

While we’ve likely all heard ad nauseam on the importance of both exercise and fresh air, there’s truth to it. What better way to improve your well-being than to tackle both of those topics simultaneously? The hard part is getting started, but once I’m walking, I feel better, and whenever I arrive home, I always feel like I made the right choice after a good outdoor walk.

I hope this inspires you to get fresh air and to exercise!

Signing off,

Henry
